Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you love our products! And our service, too. We build our business on happy customers and customer referrals. If something is wrong, we will do all we can to make it right.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase though, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the personal and sanitary nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges on household and personal care products, for health and safety reasons.
For all other items (such as zero-waste items): to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Shipping fees when a parcel delivery is declined by the recipient;
– Gift cards;
– Personalized / custom products.
– International customers please NOTE: we will not accept items returned for reasons of customs, border or duty taxes due upon your parcel’s arrival to your destination country. We cannot control this unfortunately. (Expect longer delays due to COVID-19). These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please remember this, prior to making a purchase. We are located in Saskatoon, Canada
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any product with obvious signs of use;
– Any product that has been opened;
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, promptly and posted within (10) business days.
Exchanges (defective or damaged goods only)
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged, along with a picture clearly showing the damage or defect in question as proof. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us the picture of the defect by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Nikihk Enviroway Ventures LP, Attn: RETURNS, 2241 Hanselman Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7L 6A9. If a container has broken in transit and/or liquid has spilled, and your photo clearly demonstrates this, we do not require the product to be returned to us.
Cancelled orders that are not yet shipped are subject to a non-refundable 5% processing fee. This is because we still incur the costs and processing fees of your original transaction, plus administrative costs to cancel the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This usually takes up to (10) business days to appear. Please note that refunds via PayPal may take longer due to PayPal’s longer processing times.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
